Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to mitcamper.com (hereinafter "Platform"), a platform that allows you to meet other RV families with common interests and visions. The use of the Platform is subject to full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By using the service, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

Platform: The website www.mitcamper.com and all related services User: Any individual who registers and uses the Platform Operator: Oscar Logoteta, owner of the mitcamper.com initiative Services: All functionalities offered by the Platform, including matching, messaging, and personal profile

To use the Platform, you must: * Be at least 18 years old * Provide truthful and accurate information during registration * Accept these Terms and Conditions * Accept the Privacy Policy * Registration with false or third-party data will result in immediate account suspension.

4.1 Purpose of the Platform The Platform has the sole purpose of facilitating matching between campervan families based on shared interests, preferences, and visions of campervan travel. 4.2 Free and Premium Services The basic service is completely free of charge. Premium paid services may be introduced in the future (e.g., unlimited messaging after a certain number of free messages). Any changes to the economic conditions will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. 4.3 What the Platform is NOT mitcamper.com is NOT: A campervan rental service A travel agency An event organization service A buying and selling platform

5.1 Data Collected The Platform collects: Email address (for access and service communications) Data provided during onboarding (e.g., interests, travel preferences, family composition) Messages exchanged with other users 5.2 Purpose of Use Your data is used EXCLUSIVELY to: Allow you access to the Platform Match you with other compatible families Send you communications related to the Platform's operation Manage internal messaging 5.3 Data Confidentiality The data collected during onboarding is NEVER publicly visible Only you and other users with whom you have a positive match will be able to view each other's profiles and communicate The email provided is used only for service communications and is never shared with third parties 5.4 Account Deletion You can independently delete your account at any time from your personal profile. Deletion entails: Permanent deletion of all your personal data from the database Removal of all sent messages Termination of all active matches Inability to recover deleted data For more details, please consult the Privacy Policy.

6.1 Published Content You agree to: Provide only truthful information Use respectful and appropriate language Not publish offensive, discriminatory, violent, or illegal content Not use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes Respect the privacy of other users 6.2 Messaging In messaging with other users, it is forbidden to: Send spam or unsolicited messages repeatedly Share sensitive personal data (credit card numbers, documents, etc.) Request money or propose commercial transactions Use offensive, threatening, or inappropriate language Engage in religious, political, or commercial proselytizing 6.3 Account Security You are responsible for: Keeping your login credentials confidential Immediately informing the Manager in case of unauthorized access All uses made with your credentials

7.1 Prohibited Behaviors The following are strictly prohibited: Harassing, bullying, or discriminating against other users Using the Platform for grooming or inappropriate behavior Violating local, national, or international laws Attempting to access other users' data without authorization Using bots, scripts, or automated systems Creating multiple accounts to circumvent blocks or restrictions 7.2 Consequences Violation of the code of conduct may result in: Temporary account suspension Permanent account deletion Reporting to the competent authorities in the most serious cases

8.1 Relationships Between Users The Manager: Is NOT responsible for interactions between users outside the Platform Does NOT verify the identity or truthfulness of the information provided by users Is NOT responsible for any damages resulting from meetings organized through the Platform Recommends always using caution when meeting people you've met online 8.2 Content The Manager: Is NOT responsible for the content published by users Reserves the right to remove inappropriate content without notice Does not guarantee the accuracy of the information shared by users 8.3 Service Availability The Manager: Is committed to keeping the Platform running, but does not guarantee continuous availability Is not responsible for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical problems, or force majeure Reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time

All content on the Platform (design, logo, code, text) is the property of the Manager and protected by copyright. By consenting to the use of the Platform, the User grants the Manager a non-exclusive license to use the content published for the purpose of operating the service.

10.1 Reporting To report inappropriate behavior or violations of these Terms, please contact: info@mitcamper.com 10.2 Disputes In the event of disputes, an amicable resolution will be sought first. In the absence of an agreement, the Court of Milan will have jurisdiction.

The Manager reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
